Tattoo designs

I have always been fascinated by tattoos and what they mean to people. My favourite designs are those where I can work alongside the client to produce a piece that resonates with them. I do believe that tattoos can be a source of healing, a medium for story telling or even a way to increase one’s body confidence. To be a part of any of those processes is an honour.

Ornamental peonies

One of two designs in The Audacity Series. They are both designed to take up an enormous amount of space, symbolizing the audacity to do just that.

Butterfly

My love for winged creatures is no secret. This is one of my favourite original butterfly designs. It t makes me very happy regardless. I hope the person who gets it loves it as much as I do

Strawberry beetle

A little deviation from the winged creatures, this is a beetle with a strawberry for a body. One of my favourite bugs from this series. I think I'd name him Fred.

Citrus Fly

I did an insect cross fruit series. This is a fly with citrus wings. These were all really wonderful concepts. I really had fun creating them. Never drawn a fly before and the fact that my first one has orange wings is funny as hell.

Fly and Peonies

This was meant to be a print rather than a tattoo design. I combined some peonies with the citrus fly, and I think it was a really good idea, because I love this design a whole lot.

Sunflower Mantis

Another from the mixed insect series, except this is a preying mantis with sunflower petals as its... wings? So instead of fruit, flowers. Are those wings? I'm uncertain, but they're pretty and cool as heck.
